The post holder will support the Project Advisor - NEL Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Hub to manage the process of delivering, monitoring and evaluating Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training for North East London.
Main duties of the job
They will be responsible for advertising, coordinating with facilitators, training providers, subject matter leads and North East London NHS Trusts to ensure the effective running of the NEL Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Hub. They will keep diligent records of all related delivery and uptake and ensure adherence to required governance procedures.
They will, with the support from the Project Advisor - NEL Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Hub, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure experts with lived experience supported, operationally and pastorally from recruitment through delivery and in debrief.
