Job summary
An exciting opportunity to work as part of the Neurological Physiotherapy service at the Homerton Healthcare has arisen working along the pathway on the Band 6 neuro rotation for a permanent contract. The established rotation program includes 2 acute rotations in neuro outliers and stroke, 2 in-patient rehabilitation rotations in level 1 and level 2 services and 2 community rotations including Early Supported Discharge experience and a neuro specialist community therapy team.
There is a robust commitment to CPD and training at Homerton University Hospital and supervision will be provided through band 7 team leads and the Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists.
Main duties of the job
As a competent and experienced Physiotherapist in neurology you will be working with complex neurologically impaired adults. You will bring skills and enthusiasm while working to extend your knowledge, practice and service development experience, working within teams and across the pathway to ensure patient flow to the most appropriate discharge location via community services.
