We are delighted to offer a permanent, full-time position for a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with a passion for Hand Therapy to join the established Musculoskeletal Therapy Team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician with relevant experience and enthusiasm, to further develop both clinical and non-clinical skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct expert assessments and deliver tailored treatment plans for individuals withtraumatic, acquired, or post-surgical hand conditions, using a range of therapeutic approaches to support recovery and function.
- Establish personalised rehabilitation goals and monitor progress through recognisedclinical outcome measures.
- Provide hand therapy services for patients referred byspecialist hand consultants,fracture clinic, andrheumatology teams, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and carers, using both verbal and non-verbal techniques to obtain informed consent, guide rehabilitation, and manage patient expectations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless and coordinatedpatient care.
