Job summary
The Quality and Patient Safety Team is looking for a committed and innovative individual with experience across all areas of quality and safety, including incident management, investigation experience, thematic analysis and risk management to join our team.
This is an exciting time to be joining an enthusiastic and collaborative Quality and Patient Safety team, who are working to deliver safe and effective care to our patients.
Quality, in its three dimensions of patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience, is one of the Trust's key priorities.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will work with the Emergency Medicine and Rehabilitation Services (EMRS) Division in delivering all aspects of the quality and safety agenda. There will be a particular focus on sharing and embedding learning, as well as supporting the division with all aspects of PSIRF.
You should be able to demonstrate a track record on developing and analysing clinical quality data, and have excellent analytical, interpretation and communication skills. A good knowledge of NHS governance and the quality and safety agenda is essential.
