This job description sets out the details and service conditions for a Junior Clinical Fellow in Intensive Care Medicine and Cardiology, based atHomerton University Hospital.
This is an opportunity for a trainee who may wish to take time out before embarking on a Specialist Training programme in order to gainCardiology and Intensive Care experience and clinical decision making skills or allow time to study for postgraduate exams.
Main duties of the job
During Intensive Care Medicine Placemento Contribute to the provision of a comprehensive and efficient Intensive Care Medicine service.o Provide evidence-based care when appropriate.o Have regard at all times to the clinical and quality standards set out in national standards and the local commissioners' contracts.
During Cardiology Placemento The Clinical Fellow will work closely with the Consultants and Associate Specialist and will support the Cardiology team, Cardiac nurses, andCardiac physiologists.
