The Staff Bank at Homerton Healthcare is a pool of temporary staffing used as and when required to fill gaps across the organisation. Main duties of the job

You need to be confident that you have the skills to be responsible for delivering a high standard of nursing care. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to work using your own initiative as well as working effectively within a team.

Patient care is at the heart of what we do and you must be able to assess individual patient needs, plan to meet them and implement and evaluate the care planned. You must be able to adapt to work to meet the specific needs of patients and their relatives.

You will have the opportunity to work across the Trust in our acute medical, surgical and rehabilitation wards.
