An exciting opportunity has arisen at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for a Pharmacy Digital Solutions Managerwith proven experience in project management and strong leadership and management skills, vision and drive to support the continuous improvement and transformation of our pharmacy services.
It is essential you have good, relevant experience implementing digital solutions for pharmacy services within acute health services and in particular with Omnicell automated cabinets and Electronic Prescribing Systems. You must have excellent people skills and have a demonstrable track record of initiating and successfully delivering change.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a core member of the Pharmacy's senior management team supporting the Chief Pharmacist with strategic planning tasks, service development and staff recruitment. They will be responsible for the implementation of Trust wide digital solutions and provide leadership and management of Pharmacy staff.
The post holder will support and work closely with the Operational Lead to modernise and streamline processes in Pharmacy Stores, Distribution and Dispensary sections to ensure optimal workflows.
The post holder will work with stakeholders across the Trust and the NEL ICB to help improve and transform pharmacy and medicines optimisation.
