Job summary
This role will sit at the heart of the development and implementation of our Trust strategy. It will also support Homerton Healthcare FT's role in system working across North East London, and in provider collaboratives across the patch. You'll lead meetings and workshops, develop strategic analysis and thought leadership and present strategic options and proposals to department leads and Executive Directors as part of the iterative process of strategic development. You will be required to analyse a range of qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights which influence senior-level thinking, and you will need the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. You will also need strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills and be a self-starter who thrives on working in a rapidly moving environment.
Main duties of the job
Working closely with, and occasionally deputising for, the Director of Strategy and Partnerships, including at the Trust Board, you'll have a pivotal role in the Trust's strategic input into NEL system-wide activities, with our own organisational strategy implementation and delivery, and as part of the business planning cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to develop the role as the organisation matures its current strategy and within the wider landscape of City and Hackney and North East London.
