Job summary

We are looking for Monitoring Officers to join our Facilities Team at Homerton Healthcare to ensure we continue to provide a safe and healing environment for our patients.

As a Monitoring Officer you will be part of a team responsible for the assessment, recording and monitoring of the operational delivery standards across a number of functions,

Successful applicants will be enthusiastic about delivering quality patient care and have a keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of the environment are reviewed with non-compliances rectified.

Main duties of the job

Monitor all Soft FM service contracts to ensure operational SLAs are delivered in line with the contracted specification. Services included (but not limited to):

  • Domestic Cleaning Service
  • Catering Service
  • Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service
  • Linen Service
  • Household and Clinical Waste
  • Portering Services
  • Helpdesk Services
  • Security
  • Accommodation
