The Homerton Emergency Department sees over 120,000 new patients every year, adults and children, who present with a variety of conditions.

Main duties of the job
As a dynamic and forward-thinking Emergency Department, we are committed to providing excellent leadership to our nursing team. We have a vacancy for a highly experienced Senior Sister/ Charge Nurse in the Children's Emergency Department.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expert knowledge of emergency nursing and be able to translate this into effective nursing practice. They will need to have proven leadership skills, be energetic, hardworking and proactive, as well as committed to their own professional development and that of others.
As a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse you will be ambitious, highly motivated with excellent organizational skills. In return, we offer developmental opportunities for nursing staff interested in progressing their nursing knowledge and managerial skills.
