As Service Delivery Manager, you will be at the heart of this change.

Main duties of the job

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one or two services within the Care Group. Working closely with Clinical Leads, Matrons, and senior managers, you will: Provide visible leadership and foster a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Ensure services meet national and local performance standards, including RTT, UEC, and cancer targets. Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective care. Lead service transformation projects, supporting digital innovation and data-driven decision-making. Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance with CQC and NHS standards. Champion patient experience and staff engagement, embedding feedback into service improvement.
