The Informatics Manager, Programme Management Office (IM PMO) will play their part in delivering the Trusts PAHT2030 strategy. The post holder will be responsible for developing the PMO related information reporting to meet the Trust's internal and external data and information requirements. This post will play a key role in analysing and interpreting complex information and data, utilising available technology (including PM3) to extend the availability of information to users to both empower them and raise awareness of the importance of high-quality data. The post will ensure the availability of timely and high-quality reports to the Trusts internal and external stakeholders. In conjunction with other team members and stakeholders, the post holder will also be responsible for delivering the PAHT2030 Governance and Accountability Structure.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the delivery of timely, accurate reporting and information adding intelligence and insight to data analysis including investigating deviations, identifying areas of improvement and opportunity and writing/ presenting explanations to senior stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with PMO colleagues, be responsible for maintainingdelivery of the PMO information service and championing the use, maintenance and accuracy of the PM3 database
Working collaboratively with the other PMO colleagues, deliver bespoke training on PM3 and project/ programme management using the PMO operating manual
Inform the targeting of resources, monitoring, implementing and evaluating projects and initiatives and delivery of financial recovery/savings plans by providing sophisticated, high quality project analysis.
Develop a comprehensive reporting schedule which is consistent with the overall programme timetable, meets the strategic direction of the programme and minimises unnecessary disruption to stakeholders involved in the process and is operationally sound.
To support the DD PMO in delivering and sustaining the Governance and Accountability Structure and providing an effective and robust information service.
Line management duties of junior staff, providing cross cover for PMO colleagues during times of absence, including the DD PMO
