As the Associate Director for the Programme Management Office (PMO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our New Hospital Programme. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, clinical teams, and external stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives. Your expertise in programme management, governance, and stakeholder engagement will be critical to achieving our goals.

Main duties of the job

  • Strategic leadership:Provide strategic direction and oversight for the PMO, ensuring alignment with the New Hospital Programme's objectives.
  • Programme governance:Establish robust governance structures, monitor progress, and manage risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder engagement:Engage with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Resource management: Allocate resources efficiently, balancing priorities and optimising project outcomes.
  • Performance metrics:Develop and track key performance indicators, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Change management:Lead change initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Quality assurance:Implement best practices and quality standards across projects.
