Job summary
We are about to embark on one of the biggest transformation programmes our Trust has ever seen. Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) will enhance the work of nearly everyone in the Trust, and also the experience of anyone who access our services receives.
We're looking an Data Migration Lead who will implement the data migration strategy for the Trust to transition from their current systems across to the new EHR.
Main duties of the job
The role is critical in supporting the delivery of the Trust's digital strategy and the strategic priorities in PAHT2030, a new EHR is also critical to our readiness for our new hospital. The role reports to the responsible EHR Programme Manager with whom they will agree their work plan and expected outcomes.
You'll be working across the organisational boundaries, influencing decisions where appropriate, negotiating areas of improvement, seeking agreement and co-operation; but always managing user expectations to ensure that they are aligned to the available resources.

Essential
- Degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Postgraduate qualification or evidence of pursuit of further IT academic knowledge.
- Data mirgration qualified or equivalent

- Extensive experience in a data quality/migration role within a hospital
- Fully conversant with the NHS Data Model and Statutory Reporting
- In-depth knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems
