As the People and Organisational Development Project Support (Healthcare Leaders Fellowship), you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of an exciting cross London leadership development programme designed to develop future healthcare leaders.
Working closely with the Healthcare Leaders Fellowship Programme Manager and colleagues across multiple Trusts, you will help coordinate key elements of the programme, support delegates through their learning journey and ensure smooth day to day running of all activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across two Integrated Care Systems, collaborate with senior leaders and training partners and contribute to improving equity and access in leadership development.

Main duties of the job
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of the Healthcare Leaders Fellowship across two London Integrated Care Systems.
- You will coordinate the day to day running of the programme, ensuring learning activities, events and apprenticeship elements are well organised, efficient and high quality.
- You will work closely with the Programme Manager, senior leaders, external training providers and delegates, helping to manage programme logistics, track delegate progress and resolve issues quickly to keep everything running smoothly. A central aspect of the role will include maintaining accurate records, supporting eligibility processes, analysing programme data and producing clear reports that help drive continuous improvement.
- You will also contribute to the wider People and Organisational Development agenda by supporting career development activities, helping to deliver learning sessions, and ensuring staff have access to high quality development support.
To succeed, you will need strong organisational skills, excellent communication, confidence working with multiple stakeholders and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
