Group Chief Delivery Officer
The closing date is 07 April 2026
Job summary
A defining leadership role shaping excellence across one of the largest acute systems in the NHS
North West London Acute Provider Group (APG) brings together Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust to serve a population of more than 2.2 million people through shared governance and shared leadership. From 1 April 2026 we will move to a unified Group model, building on the foundations of the Acute Provider Collaborative established in 2022. Our 12 hospitals and 37,000 colleagues share a deep commitment to innovation, research and partnership with our local communities.
Our strategy for 2024-27 is already driving change across 28 clinical specialties where teams are standardising pathways and adopting best practice at pace. Early results are strong: our Elective Orthopaedic Centre continues to deliver exceptional outcomes, and our hospitals remain among the safest in the country. With major developments in digital capability, including implementation of the national Federated Data Platform, the Group is poised to accelerate transformation further.
