If so, this Band 7 Transformation Project Manager role at West London Children's Healthcare offers a unique opportunity to make a difference at scale.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering ambitious improvement and transformation programmes that improve quality, experience and outcomes for children and young people across North West London. Working closely with the Head of Strategy and Partnerships, you will lead and coordinate complex, multi-partner projects across all WLCH sites and the wider NW London system, bringing together five acute trusts, the Integrated Care System, and key partners across health, care, education and the voluntary sector.

Main duties of the job
- Lead and coordinate multiple transformation and pathway improvement projects across acute, community, academic and voluntary sector partners.
- Develop and maintain clear project plans, documentation, milestones, risks, issues and budgets, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales.
- Provide high-quality reporting and assurance through appropriate governance structures, boards and committees.
- Build strong relationships with clinical, operational and strategic leaders, enabling effective co-design, engagement and system working.
- Champion the voice and experience of children and young people, embedding inclusive and person-centred approaches throughout project delivery.
- Work with business intelligence, digital and data teams to define data requirements, improve data capture and use insight to measure impact and outcomes.
- Apply a range of project and change management methodologies to manage complexity, resolve challenges and deliver benefits.
