About the Role
As Head of Leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping leadership development across three Trusts in North-West London - Imperial College Healthcare, Chelsea Westminster and The Hillingdon hospitals. You'll design and deliver innovative programmes that foster resilience, inclusivity, and collaboration, ensuring our leaders are equipped to meet the challenges of modern healthcare.

Interviews are expected to take place on Wednesday 25 February and will include a short presentation.
Main duties of the job
Leadership and management offer: to lead the design, delivery (in-house and outsourced), evaluation and continuous improvement of the leadership and management offer across the Tri-Trust including setting out what is expected and ensuring a high quality, impactful, blended inclusive development offer is in place aligned to national offer where appropriate.
Coaching and Mentoring: oversee a comprehensive coaching and mentoring offer across the Tri-trust, maximising mentoring for building confidence within our leaders (as mentees) and supporting our wider workforce (as mentors).
Organisational Development: working with divisions to identify and put in place bespoke organisational development interventions to support cultural shift and improve employee engagement.
We're specifically looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in successfully designing and implementing leadership and management programmes in a large complex organisation using innovative learning techniques and embracing inclusivity.
- Expert in using the consultancy cycle in contracting, diagnostic, designing, intervention and evaluation.
- Experienced in high-quality direct learning delivery including embracing techniques for interactive facilitation based on audience.
- Able to manage complex projects within an NHS or equivalent setting.
- Excellent in communication and stakeholder management/ relationship skills.
- A compassionate and inclusive leader, fostering team collaboration and continuous development.
