You'll play a key role in supporting patients through life-changing treatments, working alongside doctors, nurses and fellow pharmacists to ensure medicines are used safely and effectively. Main duties of the job
- To provide and develop a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to Clinical Haematology and to train other pharmacists, trainee pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in this specialty.
- To contribute to the cost improvement program of medicines use within Clinical Haematology.
- To actively contribute to the development, monitoring and integration of written policies/guidelines and procedures covering all aspects of pharmaceutical care within the speciality.
- To manage a trainee pharmacist during their haematology rotation.
