An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Oncology and Palliative Directorate for a band 6 Charge Nurse(Oncology Day Unit) based in 6 west here at Charing Cross Hospital. Do you fancy a change and an excellent leadership opportunity?

Main duties of the job
- You will be an experienced and driven registered nurse with previous management experience to develop high quality services to our patients.
- The successful applicant will require a proven track record of change management, a passion for developing a culture of continuous improvement with particular emphasis on patient experience, CQC compliance and key clinical outcomes. In return you will receive a comprehensive induction, be supported through supervision and will be encouraged to seek and maintain your professional development.
