Based at Charing Cross Hospital in Hammersmith, you will be a key member of the breast service reception and administration team, providing a high-quality service to our patients and clinical staff. The postholder will contribute to the smooth running of the department by working closely with clinical staff and management to deliver comprehensive administrative support.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide a comprehensive and quality administration service to the designated department and manage and prioritise their workload liaising closely with the other administration staff and management in the Department. Provide administrative support to the wider multidisciplinary team, including Consultants.
  • We are seeking a resilient and highly organised Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced department. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of the department by providing high-quality administrative and reception support. The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple priorities efficiently, work under pressure, and demonstrate exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to work in a busy, ever-changing environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail is essential.
