Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Directorate of Maternity Services. As a PA, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to Directorate Leadership team (General Manager, Clinical Director and Associate Director of Midwifery) ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Directorate.
Main duties of the job
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meetings for the Directorate leadership team, ensuring an accurate record of minutes is kept.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating communications effectively.
- Organize and prioritize incoming tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- To maintain records of all Directorate and Divisional meetings, arrange room bookings and catering provision within the financial parameters
- Maintain confidential records and documents in compliance with organisational policies.
- Provide support for project management and other key initiatives within the Directorate.
