The Trust has embraced a vision in which the clinical coding department is integral to the success of the organisation; aiming to maintain a specialist coding workforce whose skills and interests can best capture the complexity of work it undertakes. An opportunity now exists for a senior coder to join the Clinical Coding team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. The coding teams across the trust work corporately in a rotation of five clinical PODS and are responsible for ensuring a responsive and accurate delivery of Trust activity to sustain trust financial flows and to support the operational and strategic management of the organization.
