growing team as a ward clerk administrator. 7 North Ward is a 24-bedded acute
surgical ward, this ward specialises in colorectal urology and general surgery.
We are looking for a team player who is friendly, organised
and pays attention to detail. You will have excellent spoken and written
communication skills and be computer literate. You will need to act as the
initial point of contact for patients, visitors and callers to the ward
ensuring their needs are met promptly and politely.
The post holder will be responsible for providing effective
and efficient clerical and reception support 7 North ward, ensuring that
administration processes meet the needs of all service users. You will also
undertake clerical tasks that are in line with contributing to trust quality
improvement projects and upholding the trust values.
