There is a new opportunity for an IT competent, forward-looking specialist to support the delivery of a data driven, customer focused, service. Driven by your energy and technical expertise, you will lead service-delivery process improvement and use your accurate data analysis and reporting to further support service development.
As multidisciplinary team member, your expertise will help others in the execution of their responsibilities, overall having a positive impact on the delivery of the Trust's OH Service.
Main duties of the job
- Take a leading role in the e-enablement of the Occupational Health Department, to support and monitor service delivery and ensure compliance to relevant legislation.
- Drive creative development, facilitate change, and introduce and maintain a self-service model of OH service provision.
- Oversee and manage the OH ICT systems.
- Produce management information and data analysis, from various sources.
- Provide assurance, through data reporting, that service performance meets, at a minimum, key performance indicators, and Trust and external client requirements.
- Ensure that all staff and other service users can easily access current relevant OH service information.
