Job summary
To lead on the research, design, stakeholder management and programme management, facilitation, and evaluation of management and leadership initiatives.
Create outstanding learning solutions and support the digital evolution of our staff in line with our learning and organisation objectives.
As such the post holder must be experienced in design, delivery and evaluation of people management and leadership development interventions
Main duties of the job
- Programme sponsors and associated steering group members including senior nurses/midwives, heads of specialty, clinical directors, divisional directors and executive directors
- All internal stakeholders, especially clinical professional leads, directors, and senior managers, when consulting to design and evaluate learning initiatives
