Job summary

Do you have previous administration experience in a hospital environment? Are you an experienced Patient Scheduler/Receptionist who deals with patients on a daily basis? Are you passionate about helping patients, carers and their families? Are you meticulous in your work ethic?

If you have answered yes to all the above questions then you are the sort of person we are looking for.

The Community Cardiac Rehabilitation Service provides a fast and efficient service to patients within Hammersmith & Fulham, Central & West London and Ealing. Patients are seen quickly and to be able to do this we need dedicated admin staff to work closely with the clinical teams to be able to provide this.

The post holder will need to be able to work efficiently within a challenging but fulfilling environment. You will need to have excellent communication and IT skills. Although the post will have a set base location in Charing Cross Hospital, you will be required to work across community sites as part your role.

The successful applicant will be expected to have previous experience of working in an administrative role in a healthcare environment.

Main duties of the job

To provide reception cover, patient scheduling and administration support, working flexibly across the directorate, maintaining a high quality of service to patients, carers and other visitors.
