Job summary

We have an exciting post available for a Ward Administrator within General Surgery - Charles Pannett ward at St Mary's Hospital.

The working hours are 15 hours per week - Thursday and Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Main duties of the job

The ward administrator is responsible for providing excellent customer care to families on the ward and for carrying out established admin processes efficiently and accurately.

You will have a caring and flexible approach to meet service requirements and will work well both in a team and independently.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are able to take on new challenges and provide the best possible service to clinicians, nurses and families alike.

You will require excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide range of people. You must be highly organised and competent with IT to succeed in this role.
