Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced operational manager to join the leadership team within the Trauma and Orthopaedic Department at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
In this role you will be required to provide operational leadership and take responsibility for the delivery of the performance, financial and people priorities for the service, in line with Divisional and Trust focus.
The post holder is expected to be accountable and to make key operational decisions on issues for areas within their responsibility. They will support efficient delivery of elective and acute Trauma and Orthopaedic services across the Charing Cross and St Mary's Hospital sites.
Main duties of the job
This role will focus on providing Personal assitance to support the directorate with effiecnt and in a collabratvie manner. You will be required to provide assurance and oversight of relevant KPI's and work closely with the senior team.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can work across disciplines to support the delivery of safe and effective care across the trauma directorate. You will be able to manage competing agendas, think critically and problem solve
