Are you an experienced workforce or equality/diversity professional with a background in delivering on equality, diversity or inclusion workforce requirements in a large complex organisation?
We are seeking a Workforce Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Managers to help embed and develop our EDI strategy, with an opportunity to be creative and think differently, as well as ensuring we comply with our public sector reporting duties.
So who are we? We are the People and Organisational Development Directorate who support the Trust to meet and develop its public sector duty to promote workforce equality to enhance patient and staff experience and quality of care.
The post holder will have the opportunity to influence the workforce Equity, Diversity and Inclusion agenda. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent skills in data analysis, presentation and communicating information to different audiences.
What do we expect? We expect that you will be proactive in working collaboratively with other departments. You will need to be confident working with detail, able to analyse data and work to deadlines. You will need to be able to present challenging subjects creatively.

Main duties of the job
- To support the Head of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) to ensure the Trust meets its public sector duty to promote workforce equality
- To ensure the Trust complies with the requirements of the NHS workforce race and disability equality standards (WRES and WDES), the NHS equality delivery system 2, gender pay gap reporting, and our ethnicity pay gap.
- To lead on and manage work within the EDI work programme
