Job summary
The role of the Senior Administrator for Heart Failure is to provide a full secretarial and administrative service to the Directorate of Cardiovascular Sciences working with the Heart Failure team. This is an expanding role and subject to change as the service develops.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is directly responsible to the Administration Manager and works as administrative/secretarial support to the Heart Failure Team. The day to day working relationships include face to face, telephone and electronic communication with other administrative and clerical staff, departments and staff in primary and secondary care, outside agencies including patients their families and any medical staff involved in their care.
