Job summary

An exciting opportunity to join the Performance Support Team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust as the Deputy Performance Support Business Partner for Data Quality. This is a substantive post and will require both home and onsite working. This post is pivotal in supporting the Performance Support Business Partner in delivery of all relevant waiting list and waiting times data quality functions.

We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent organisational and problem solving skills. The successful post holder will support the Trust with improving data quality across a number of key priority waiting lists and lead on the development of data clean-up plans. You should be an experienced manager with a successful track record of delivery in a complex environment, ideally with NHS hospital experience. An outstanding communicator with well-developed analytical skills, you will have an inclusive leadership style and be able to inspire others to achieve their full potential. This role will be responsible for managing a large data clean up team, allocating tasks as appropriate, planning and overseeing data clean-up schedules, identifying risks, issues and dependencies. The post holder will be expected to analyse, interpret and present data to update on delivery of projects, highlight issues, risks and support decision making.

Main duties of the job

The Deputy Performance Support Business Partner will report to and provide appropriate support to the Performance Support Business Partner in the delivery of all relevant data quality functions regarding waiting list and waiting times. This will include overseeing the administrative functions within the department, and ensuring all key data quality targets are met, and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to. The Deputy Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate data is available, analysed and presented to support decision making and drive overall data quality improvement. The post holder will use data to support services in identifying financial, operational and quality impacts of poor data quality. This post has a wide remit and will lead on the project management of workstreams linked to the Trustwide data quality improvement programme as well as oversee a large data clean up team, responsible for planning and prioritising data clean up cohorts and providing highlight reports on progress.
