We are seeking a skilled radiographer to join our fast growing team. You will be working within the community making a significant impact on patient lives across two key locations: the pioneering Willesden Community Diagnostic Centre and St Charles Hospital.
As our new Senior Radiographer, you'll have the chance to develop and enhance your Plain Film clinical techniques, bolstering your expertise while also enriching your leadership skills. You'll find yourself at the heart of the NHS CDC programme, leading the charge in delivering high-quality imaging services to our local community.
Working hand in hand with the Superintendent, you'll be instrumental in organising and managing the daily list of patients. We won't just value your clinical skills; we'll rely on your organisational and leadership talents to keep our departments running smoothly.

Main duties of the job
The Willesden Community Diagnostic Centre: The first of its kind in North West London! Situated in the newly refurbished site, our Plain Film service operates full-time, running 37.5 hours across 5 days each week.
St Charles Hospital: Here, we handle local GP and urgent care referrals, providing radiographic services from 08:00-18:00, Monday to Sunday.
Main Duties:
To carry out radiographic examinations in Plain Film to the agreed standard of the department.
To maintain a high standard of patient care and comfort and be patient focused at all times.
To report any untoward incidents and equipment failure to the area superintendent radiographer.
To work unsupervised as and when required.
To work using own initiative but be aware own limitations and seek guidance.
To work flexibly based on requirements of service.
To carry out duties which may be considered necessary and consistent with the responsibilities of the post.
