Job summary
Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Deputy Business Partner to lead the Data Quality function within the Business Intelligence Team.
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills (Excel, SQL, and Qlik are essential, whilst Cerner Millennium experience is desirable), comprehensive NHS knowledge, and first-hand experience of managing a team.
The role will require a minimum of one day per week on-site working (based at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington), with the option to work the remainder of the week remotely from home.
First round technical assessment are scheduled to take place Friday 29/09/2023, followed by second round interviews on Friday 06/10/2023. Both technical assessment and interviews will be conducted face-to-face on site at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington.
Main duties of the job
Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Providing analytics support to a Trust wide review of Waiting List and Waiting Times Data Quality.
- Providing analytics support to a Trust wide Healthcare Inequalities workstream.
- Leading the daily operations of the Data Quality Team.
- Conducting in depth analysis of a wide range of datasets to identify and translate key messages and themes to a wider audience.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to further develop the Team and supporting their professional development.
- Further development of the Data Quality Qlik dashboard to deliver real-time on-demand reporting.
- Liaising with senior stakeholders to provide support and advice.
- Promoting the use of on-demand analytics via Qlik.
- Role modelling Trust values.
