Nurse Practitioner in Sexual & Reproductive Health

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join the team at 56 Dean Street, part of Chelsea and Westminster NHS foundation trust. We are proud to be a modern, patient focused clinic providing excellent HIV and sexual and reproductive healthcare in Soho, London. We are a large service looking after the LGBT community seeing approximately 600 patients per day in our GUM/HIV and Reproductive Health services.
We are looking for someone who is motivated and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We would expect you to have the ability to work and lead effectively amongst a multidisciplinary team across an innovative service. You will also have strong advanced practice skills and knowledge in GUM and LARC and be committed to your on-going professional development and that of the 56 Dean Street service.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality clinical services within the context of a clinical governance framework
To provide clinical leadership to staff within the area, working in close collaboration and co-operation with members of the multi professional team and outside agencies
To establish and maintain collaborative working with clinical and educational networks
To ensure that all activities in the area are carried out within the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Foundation Trust , and Directorate policy guidelines
To lead as part of the Heads of Department on specified development and outreach projects within the clinic
