An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Neonatal-qualified Nurse to step into the role of Matron for the Neonatal service at West Middlesex University Hospital.
Our maternity service is one of the busiest in London and was given an Outstanding rating by the CQC, and our neonatal services take pride in the quality of care that we deliver and work closely with our sister unit - a Level 3 surgical referral NICU in the Chelsea site. Our services continue to grow as we redesignate the unit to a busy Level 2 LNU with a dedicated Consultant Neonatologist cover. and specialist nursing and allied health professional teams, working together to deliver advanced neonatal medical and surgical care.
The interview will be held on the 4th of March, 2026.

To lead the neonatal nursing workforce, recruitment and retention strategy. The post holder will deputize for the Lead Nurse for Neonatal Services, and cover for the NICU Matron in Chelsea site, where appropriate.
