This is an exciting opportunity to become the Data Quality Administrator providing a fully comprehensive administration service to the West London Children Hospital Directorate, working cross site Chelsea & Westminster Hospital & West Middlesex Hospital
Main duties of the job
The post holder will contribute to the delivery of high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare to patients by providing an administrative service focused on the patient and their individual needs. The Data Quality Administrator will provide effective and efficient administrative support to a team liaising with patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals. The staff member will work consistently to provide high quality customer service and will be professional at all times. The post holder will be required to cover extensive work including Data quality amendments and KPIs.

- English and Mathematics GCSE or equivalent
- Educated to A level, NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent experience.
Desirable
- Qualification in Management such as First Line Managers up to certificate level.
Experience

- Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role in a busy office environment
- Communicating with members of the public and patients
- Experience of working in a team
- Demonstrable experience of working within customer-driven service and working to strict targets
- Working in NHS or other similar health care environment
- Some experience of supervising or training staff and willing to be trained in HR procedures
- Experience of using a Patient Administration System
Desirable
- Working in NHS or other similar health care environment.

- Proven experience of dealing with complex telephone calls
- Experience working with a wide range of people
