Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a collaborative post at West Middlesex Hospital, part of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Foundation NHS Trust, and at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ICHT), to join our expanding team of expert and dedicated Nephrologists working across North West London. This post is required to continue to serve the renal population of Hounslow delivering both General Nephrology and Advanced Kidney Care clinics, along with ward liaison and pathway development. On call is 1 in 10 weeks based at the NWL inpatient Hub at Hammersmith Hospital.
Main duties of the job
The post holder should have a wide experience in Renal Medicine and will be expected to deliver specialist nephrology services across multiple sites, contributing to the comprehensive care of patients with kidney diseases, including acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, dialysis, and transplantation. It is desirable for them to have a Masters or other further degree in a Renal Medicine or related subject. They should show interest in participation in clinical research and commitment to audit and service improvement. We welcome applications from individuals with consultant experience and those interested in service leadership.
