Please ensure you are available on this date.**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Band 4 Resourcing Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team in the HR department based at Harbour Yard.

A key part of this role will also include managing the administrative processes for the full end to end recruitment life cycle whilst ensuring the recruitment process is as efficient as possible for candidates and managers. Therefore, excellent customer service skills is vital in this role.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working with high volumes in a fast paced role. You will possess excellent computer skills and have experience of working in an office based environment, ideally in HR or recruitment field. Most importantly, you will display a commitment to providing an excellent recruitment service to the managers and applicants to the Trust.

Main duties of the job

The resourcing co-ordinator will oversee the recruitment service for both medical and dental staff and AFC from advert through to employment for permanent, fixed term and secondment roles within an allocated Clinical or Corporate Division. They will provide medical administrative support to clinicians and line managers in relation to all medical staffing issues. This includes advisory services, and pre-employment procedures for junior doctors, SAS doctors and Consultants.

To carry out this role effectively the post holder will need to establish and maintain strong communication and effective working relations with Managers, Consultants and Junior Doctors within all Divisions.

They will support the Senior Resourcing Advisor in ensuring the provision of high quality and timely recruitment service in accordance with the agreed standards of practice, key performance indicators and portfolio of services.
