The Trust lead for advanced clinical practice will be responsible for the Trust wide development and leadership of Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs). They will work with professional leads jointly to develop advanced practice. They will support the Trust's Chief Nurse in developing, leading and implementing a multi professional, organisational advanced practice strategy including clear career pathways for advanced practice. They will provide highly specialised, expert advice, education, consultancy, and clinical expertise.

You will be able to establish your credibility with colleagues and be a visible senior leader to an ambitious and high performing team. You will have extensive experience of caring for patients at an advanced practice level, good clinical and management skills along with well-developed ability to communicate and support colleagues, patients and their families throughout their care, treatment and follow up.You will be able to motivate and engage others to ensure that the services we provide supports the Trusts values, as well as having a pioneering approach that is not afraid to challenge convention and traditional ways of working.
