Job summary
The Cardiology Department at the Trust all patients with a primary cardiac diagnosis providing inpatient care in our dedicated Cardiology Ward and a wide range of specialist outpatient clinics, virtual ward services and community outreach services. Services are in high demand and the department is undergoing a period of expansion in the scope of services provided to accommodate this demand. We work closely with our tertiary care partners across West London.
This post will work with the team to provide services cross-site.

The Medicine Clinical Directorate offers a high quality, safe and patient focused service.
The Directorate is part of the Division of Emergency & Integrated Care. The Division covers a wide range of services and clinical specialties that manage the flow of emergency medical patients throughout the organisation.

We provide services from two main hospitals, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital, and a number of clinics across London and the South-East. We have over 6,000 members of staff that arePROUD to Carefor nearly one million people. Both hospitals provide full clinical services, including full maternity, emergency and children's, in addition to a range of community-based services across London, such as award-winning sexual health and HIV clinics.
