Job summary

As part of Liverpool University Hospitals Foundation Trust (LUHFT), a service level agreement is in place to provide the dietetic service to Liverpool Women's Hospital (LWH). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HCPC registered Dietitian with a passion for women's health to lead and develop dietetic services across maternity, diabetes in pregnancy and gynaecological oncology at LWH. The service comprises a team of seven dietitians delivering inpatient and outpatient care across the hospital. As Dietetic Lead, you will provide clinical, professional and strategic leadership, leading on service improvement, governance, and the development of SOPs and care pathways, while supporting and developing the team within a collaborative MDT environment. The role includes responsibility for recruitment, staff appraisal and supervision, alongside preparation of monthly performance reports. You will bring significant post qualification experience, confidence in managing complex clinical cases, and a strong interest in leadership, quality improvement and service development.
