Job summary
We are actively recruiting for Band 6 Sisters/Charge Nurses to the Emergency Department at LUHFT. We are looking for RN's who have experience in the Emergency Department. We believe in excellent patient care and would like to recruit experienced, dynamic individuals who believe in our trust values and will ensure that every patient receives exceptional patient care.

Main duties of the job
The work-load throughout the department is very varied and interesting with no two days being the same. The successful candidate must be dynamic, possess excellent communication skills, and have a high sense of professionalism and a strong belief in the value of teamwork. As a newly merged trust we offer rotation between sites across the Division.
As a Band 6 Nurse you will be offered a comprehensive development package including a period of supernumerary, training and education. You will have access to the departmental education team and have the opportunity to develop and progress your career as you work towards the RCN Competencies. We will develop your skills to ensure that you work to the highest of standards to triage our patients safely and stream them to various agencies.
You will have the opportunity to work in all the areas of the Emergency Department.
