This is an exciting opportunity to join the Therapy Team within our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Occupational Therapist to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions that support the health, wellbeing, and sustainable return to work of our staff.

Main duties of the job

As a key member of our multidisciplinary Occupational Health team, you will work autonomously while benefiting from the guidance and support of senior Occupational Health professionals.

  • Proven ability to assess and report on fitness to work and recommend workplace adjustments

Desirable

  • Experience of working in Occupational health in the NHS or other public sector organisations.
  • Familiarity with NHS occupational health systems and reporting structures.
