Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Legal Services Department and we are looking for a motivated person to lead the administrative support to our in-house legal team at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The post will suit someone who is interested in a career either within the legal or healthcare professions and who is looking to broaden their skills and knowledge within a dynamic and forward thinking team. We are currently in an exciting period of growth and collaboration with neighbouring Trusts and there is significant potential for career development for the right candidate.

Main duties of the job

The role will provide a comprehensive, high quality and professional administrative service to the Legal Services department including acting as a first point of contact for all incoming post, telephone calls and enquiries, management of the department email inbox, new matter uploading, secretarial support and responsibility for processing of invoices.
