Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Clerical Supervisor based on the Royal site for a motivated and proactive individual to become part of a busy and friendly clerical team. The role is varied and complex but with a high level of job satisfaction.
The post will involve the supervision of the clerical team and the post holder should have excellent knowledge of the Trust's IT systems.
This is a challenging role, and we are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills.
The Radiology department is a very active and busy environment requiring a high standard of performance. The successful applicant must be able to provide clear and confident direction to the team to provide an efficient service to the patients.

Main duties of the job
To supervise and deliver clerical services and be an effective member of the team.
To assist and advise clerical officers in the performance of their duties
To participate in administrative and clerical duties.
To participate in training of new staff.
To input and extract data on the patient administration system and the departmental CRIS system.
