Job summary
The Temporary Staffing Team are recruiting for a proactive individual to join their team as a Temporary Staffing Coordinator (Data & Quality)
The role will be working within the Temporary Staffing Quality Team; supporting with system upkeep, data, reporting and service improvement. In addition to this, the successful candidate will support with the management of the admin bank and the financial reconciliation processes within the department.
This post is for 37.5 hours across 7 days including weekends.

Main duties of the job
The Temporary Staffing Co-Ordinator (Data & Quality) will support the Temporary Staffing Team's development through the provision of high quality data analytics, report production and upkeep of the various electronic systems used to support the service.
Operating within a small team, the successful applicant will provide administrative support to the team and will act as a systems expert on the various systems utilised including Allocate, ESR and Plus Us.

The main duties of this role are outlined within the attached Job Description.
The Temporary Staffing Coordinator (Quality and Data) is responsible for maintaining data quality within the various electronic systems used by the team.
They will provide ad hoc reporting to the organisation using various formats including Excel.
They will support with the preparation of data for audits.
They will coordinate the financial reconcilation of agency invoices in conjunction with the Trust finance teams.
They will support the coordination of the admin bank including sitting on interview panels and placing workers into roles.
They will provide ad hoc training on the BankStaff module of Allocate to service users across the Trust.
They will support the other services within Temporary Workforce to make best use of the systems available.
They will support with the production of data.
The successful candidate will support with the collation of data for FOI's.
The role will involve supporting the facilitation of the Temporary Staffing Forum.
