Spirometry Service Administrator
Band 3
18 Month Contract, a secondment would be considered

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Aintree Spirometry Service for a full time service administrator
This is a friendly team who book a number of diagnostic spirometry tests and support with the reporting of results for patients in the Sefton CCG
The role is varied and is very fast paced.
Main duties of the job
Monitoring and booking of DM01 tests within the trusts 6 week target
Monitoring of RTT waits for patients waiting for CPAP treatment
Monitoring of ERS referrals coming into the sleep service
Supporting with reception duties in the absence of colleagues registering and outcoming patient appointments.
Completing missing outcomes for diagnostic tests in keeping with trust policy.
Using a range of hospital systems, ICE, IPM, ADT, ERS, EPOC, EPRO, Lunghealth, Airview, DrDoctor
Contacting patients regarding their appointments and signposting them for spirometry tests
