Job summary

The post holder under direction will assist in providing a service to support the maintenance of the Electronic Rostering systems by being responsible for the accurate entry of employee data into the computer and validating input where necessary.

The post holder will be responsible for dealing with queries via the helpdesk number and passing on to relevant staff members where appropriate. The post-holder will also be responsible for the production of reports and advising users on best practice.

Main duties of the job

This post will included having responsibility for providing a comprehensive range of administrative duties and will be responsible for supporting the on-going management of the Liverpool University Hospitals rosters including liaison with staff, updating rostering systems and communicating rosters to the teams and be a central point of contact.

For this role, a good knowledge of Microsoft office applications & excellent communication and organisation skills are essential. The post holder must have good interpersonal skills and are able to work in a confidential and sensitive manner. Knowledge of the Allocate Health Roster system is desirable

The post holder will provide an efficient and effective high quality rostering data administration service, ensuring data is kept up to date and that changes are completed in a timely manner.
