Job summary
Wolverhampton Talking Therapies offers intervention for Depression and all anxiety disorders. As a service we consistently excel with above average moving to recovery rates, positive client feedback and exceptionally high job satisfaction from our team. We are currently looking to appoint a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to work at Pond Lane to assist the existing team in providing a comprehensive administration service.
Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work well under pressure. You must be a team player and able to cope with conflicting demands. You will have the ability to use your own initiative, possess problem solving skills and you must be professional, flexible and with a 'can do' attitude. You must possess excellent attention to detail, have a working knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality, plus the confidence to work efficiently and competently.
You must be qualified to GCSE level C or equivalent in English and Maths and have proven experience of IT, especially in Microsoft Office.
